  1. Please contact through your funeral director if you wish to visit the casket.
  2. Quotation and consultation request is accepted only during office hours.

Parking space

  1. Please use public transport and taxi as parking space is limited.
  2. Large bus cannot be entered
  3. Please keep speed under 10km within parking area.
    (we do not hold any responsibility for accidents within the area)

Cremation and urn

  1. Do not take picture inside crematory (including cremation hall and inurnment)
  2. Do note bring your own urn for any reason
  3. Usage for crematory halls alter is limited to 10 people and within 5 minutes

Ceremony hall usage (Otsuya, funeral)

Recitation/Hymn

  1. This facility is public space. Please consider others while doing so.
  2. Please refrain from bringing musical instruments and PA systems.

Safety measures

  1. Please put out the fire by 21:00.
  2. Power will be shut down at the hall on 21:00
  3. Please contact our staff for the safety exit.
  4. Main and west gate will be closed during 22:00 to 6:30.

Others

  1. Smoking and eating is prohibited at the hallway, please use “smoking area”
  2. We may ask for a compensation should you damage the facility.
  3. Waiting room is assigned and cannot be requested specifically.
  4. We cannot provide the rest room for early arrivals.
  5. Pet cannot enter the premises except for guide dogs.
  6. We do not allow people involved in antisocial forces to use the ceremony hall.
